Appeals and complaints

Authors who wish to appeal against the rejection of a manuscript should contact the Editor following the journal's guidelines. The appeal will only be reviewed if an error in the evaluation is demonstrated, additional relevant data is provided, or evidence of bias in the manuscript review process is presented. The final decision will be made by the Editor or the member of the Editorial Committee responsible for the article.

Complaints related to the editorial process or ethical issues will be initially addressed by the Editor of the journal.
