EFECTO MEDIADOR DE LA CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL EN LA RELACIÓN ENTRE EL LIDERAZGO TRANSFORMACIONAL Y LA GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO

Resumen

El estudio tuvo como principal objetivo desarrollar un modelo conceptual que analice el efecto mediador que la cultura organizacional tiene en la relación que existe entre liderazgo transformacional y gestión del conocimiento. Los datos se recopilaron a través de una encuesta a 150 empleados de una universidad pública del Perú. Se utilizó cuestionario auto administrado para la toma de datos. La muestra fue determinada usando una confianza del 95% y un error de 0.05. Los resultados de la ecuación estructural de mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM) reveló la relación positiva entre el liderazgo transformacional y la gestión del conocimiento. Además, el análisis también mostró que la cultura organizacional media completamente la relación anterior. Este estudio sugirió que para mejorar la gestión del conocimiento en la institución universitaria se hace necesario la introducción de normas organizativas que incentiven la formación de una cultura organizacional a partir del liderazgo.
